Our company offers the following sheet metal cutting methods:
01
Fiber Laser Sheet Metal Cutting (sheet dimensions 1500x3000mm)
Laser cutting of sheet metal is one of the most popular and commonly used methods. Laser cutting is a thermal process that involves separating a piece of sheet metal during its processing. The laser beam melts the sheet metal, allowing for precise processing of steel. The advantage of this method is the optimal use of material and the ability to accurately reproduce shapes.
02
CNC Sheet Metal Punching, commonly known as turret punching (sheet dimensions 1250x2500mm)
This is a fully automated method for cutting thick sheet metal. The primary function of this device is punching sheet metal, but with the appropriate tools installed, it can also be used for embossing shapes in other materials, such as ventilated holes in enclosures.
This type of processing is based on the action of a punch, which strikes the material against a die, giving it the desired cutout.
We can process material with a thickness of:
- Mild steel and aluminum from 0.5 to 3mm.
- Stainless steel up to 1.5mm
03
Plasma Sheet Metal Cutting (CNC) (sheet dimensions 2000x6000mm)
Plasma is a gas-like state of matter that can conduct electricity. When it reaches a certain value, plasma emits heat and light, creating an electric arc that glows between the electrode and the material being processed, which is used for cutting sheet metal. Plasma is used for cutting: structural steel, acid-resistant steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys.
Plasma cutting is more efficient than CO2 laser cutting only for thicker sheets, ranging from 6mm to 35mm.
04
Oxy-Fuel Cutting
This is one of the oldest methods of cutting sheet metal—cheap and uncomplicated. However, it is not as precise as other, more modern methods.
Gas cutting is used for processing materials such as brass, bronze, cast iron, steel, and metal alloys. Oxy-fuel cutting is intended for cutting thick sheets—up to 300 mm.
An advantage of this method is the ability to cut at various angles.
05
Sheet Metal Cutting with Guillotine Shears
This well-known method is intended for cutting sheet metal along a straight line. Guillotine shears are characterized by high precision, allowing sheets to be cut to size. Guillotine cutting does not produce a large amount of waste and does not cause material distortion.
The wide selection of cutting machines we offer allows us to cut sheets of various dimensions, and the types of materials we process are:
- Structural steel S235, S355
- Stainless steel
- Aluminum
- Brass, copper
